Orange police arrest suspects in bank robbery

ORANGE– Police have arrested two people in connection with a robbery at the Webster Bank on the Post Road in Orange Monday.

Police said the arrest came at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Brian Gittings, 27 of Shelton and Amy Miranti, 22 of Trumbull were charged with Robbery,  Larceny,  Conspiracy to commit Robbery and Conspiracy to commit.

Police said the suspect handed the teller a note demanding money.

Once he got the cash, he ran off.

Police searched the areas after they got the 9-1-1 call.
