NEW BRITAIN–CCSU is warning students of a man that has been banned from campus.
Louis Card, a 27-year-old former student, was seen loitering near women’s bathrooms, and he acted inappropriately inside the bathrooms on several occasions.
Card is banned from campus as a “persona non grata.” He’s described as about 5-foot-7, about 140 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair.
