Denver police search for alleged iPhone thief after she posts selfies on Facebook

DENVER -- For most people, Facebook is a way to keep an eye on friends. But for the past week, a Denver woman has used the social media platform to track an alleged thief.

Rawley Bingham told police her phone was stolen at a nightclub by a woman who went by the name "Lil Momma."

According to Bingham, she discovered on Monday several photos taken by the suspect had been synced with the victim's Facebook account without the suspect realizing it had happened.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information about the woman whose selfie photo is going viral. Bingham has not reported the phone stolen to her cell carrier because she hopes to be able to convince the suspect to return the device.

Denver Crime Stoppers is offering an award of up to $2,000 in the case.

Anyone with information about the woman in the photos should call (720) 913-7867.
