Bristol man arrested for shooting firearm at car wash

BRISTOL – A man being held on unrelated charges was arrested for firing a gun at another person on Saturday.

Hector J. Santana, 28 of Bristol, was arrested early Tuesday and charged with attempted assault, reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm, carrying a pistol without a permit, weapons in a motor vehicle, unlawful discharge of a firearm, criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Police said Santana shot at another person at  Mr. Suddzzy’s Car Wash, 155 Pine St. No one was injured.

Santana was held on $500,000 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Bristol.
