HARTFORD–Getting around the capital city may be a bit of a hassle for the next six months.
On Monday, Mayor Pedro Segarra announced that there would be several roads closed as the new baseball stadium is built.
Trumbull Street between Main and Market streets will remain closed from Friday, April 17 through Friday, September 4, though the end date could change.
Also, a portion of Windsor Street between Pleasant and Trumbull streets will be permanently closed. Initially, that will be the construction staging area, but when the ballpark is completed it will become “Windsor Walk,” a path with pedestrian and bicycle lanes.
The work is all part of the Downtown North project
