Route 156 reopens in Old Lyme after Pedestrian Struck

OLD LYME- Route 156 has reopened after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle on Saturday afternoon.

Police say it happened around 3:30 p.m near the intersection of Route 156 and Pilgrim Landing Road.

LifeStar airlifted the pedestrian to Yale-New Haven Hospital, there’s no word on the patients condition at this time.

No arrest or charges have been made as police continue to investigate the incident.
