BURLINGTON – A Bloomfield police officer has been arrested for driving under the influence and other charges over the weekend.
Adrian Loignon, 30, of Stone Road in Burlington, was arrested on Belden Road in Burlington on Saturday and charged with a DUI, in addition to reckless driving, evading an accident and following too closely.
According to State Police, an eyewitness who called 911 observed Loignon’s vehicle driving erratically and said he hit a guardrail.
Loignon was release on $1,000 bail and is schedule to appear in Bristol Court on Monday, April 27.
