MANCHESTER--State Police cited the driver of a school bus involved in a crash Tuesday for distracted driving.
The bus, from Bolton Elementary School, crashed with two passenger cars on I-384 Westbound between exits 3 and 4 around 4 p.m. It was on its way to Hartford. The right and center lanes were closed, and the scene took about two hours to clear.
Michael St Martin, the bus driver, was cited for distracted driving and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.
