HARTFORD - The knock on CT is that it is indeed a land of steady habits. Dull. Predictable. A very expensive place to live and a sluggish job market for young professionals.
While some of those observations may indeed be true, Alissa DeJong, Vice President at the CT Economic Resource Center says some other observations are misguided.
