HARTFORD--In honor of national pride month, a rainbow flag was raised at City Hall in Hartford on Wednesday.
The flag raising was part of a kick-off to pride month, which will culminate in Hartford's Capital City Pride Rally on Friday, June 26. The rally will be sponsored by CLARO, an organization that educates advocates for Latinos in the LGBT community.
