NEW HAVEN - Amistad High School's new state-of-the-art campus was officially dedicated in New Haven Thursday.

Local leaders and community members turned out for the ceremony.

The $35 million dollar project transformed the former Martin Luther King School building into a brand new campus on Dixwell Avenue.

The building was vacant for a while, but is now being put to good use.
