The teen was robbed and raped in the bushes near an elementary school, he told police.

“I was traumatized,” he said. “You could see your life flash before your eyes like this. I’m like I’m gonna die.”

Our affiliate WREG agreed to hide the identity of the teen victim.

Marvin Bruce approached the teen and asked to sell him a phone.

When the boy refused the offer, Bruce pulled out a knife and demanded the teen to walk with him, police said.

“We (were) walking down there and we got to right there where those bushes are and he told me to take out the money and give it to him,” the victim said.

The high school student was robbed for $2 and forced into the bushes behind the school.

“He told me to sit down, and he sat down and laid down and he unbuckled his pants and pulled out a condom and made me put it on him,” the teenage explained.

The boy was forced to perform a sex act, according to police.

The teen said, “He was like saying like ‘you like this’ and ‘you want this’ and was like ‘I’m going to give it to you.’”

The teen said Bruce walked behind him to continue to assault, but stopped for some reason, pulled up his pants and ran away.

He threw the boys clothes over the fence as he ran.

Police said Bruce ran away, but they later caught him hiding in someone’s backyard.

“You can’t be safe out here — walking to a friend’s house or nowhere. You can’t be nice to people,” the victim told WREG.

The teen told WREG he was confused and hoping someone would see what was happening in broad daylight and help.

“I hope he stays locked up forever,” the teen said.

Bruce is charged with rape, robbery, and kidnapping.

Bruce is being held on a $500,000 bond and expected to be in court on Monday.
