VERNON — One person has died after a motorcycle accident in Vernon Saturday night, police said.
Officers said it happened around 10:30 p.m. on Bolton Road near Valley Falls Road. Bruce Jenack, 63, of Manchester has been identified as the victim.
The initial investigation showed Jenack was traveling south on Bolton Rd when he lost control near Valley Falls Rd and went off the road.
Jenack was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a helmet.
The accident is being investigated by the Vernon Police Traffic Division together with a reconstruction team from Metro Traffic Services.
