NORWICH — A doctor at an Urgent Care center, already arrested for sexual assault, was arrested for the second time Friday, after two more victims came forward.
Dr. Manoj Saxena, 44, of Mansfield was arrested on May 14 after an 18-year-old female patient accused him of assault. The woman was being treated for an injury at the Concentra Urgent Care located at 10 Connecticut Ave., in Norwich. She says during the course of that treatment Saxena sexually assaulted her.
On June 26 Saxena turned himself in at Norwich Police Headquarters as he was the subject of two more arrest warrants. The two new victims also say they were sexually assaulted while he was acting in his official capacity as a medical doctor for Concentra Urgent Care.
He posted $60,000 bond and is due in court July 16.
