Man dies two days after being shot at Hartford house party

HARTFORD–A man has died two days after being shot at a party.

On Sunday around 3:30 a.m. shots were fired at a house party in a basement on Edgewood Street. Police say the party was illegal, and that 10 gunshots were fired.

Detectives said at the time thatĀ Garnett Henry, 43, was shot in the chest and Knorskov T Senior, 40, was shot in the abdomen. On Tuesday, Deputy Chief Brian Foley confirmed that Garnett Henry had died from his injuries.

Major Crimes Division detectives are following “very strong leads” and are actively investigating the case.
