‘Sausage Pasta’
INGREDIENTS:
- House-made Sausage
- 1 tbsp. Roasted Garlic
- ½ tbsp. Basil
- ½ tbsp. Parsley
- Arugula
- ½ c. Tomato (diced)
- ½ c. Red Wine
- 2 oz. Marinara Sauce
- Oil for Pan
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Heat oil in pan, add sausage and cook half way through.
Add garlic, basil, parsley, and tomato. Cook until flavors have chance to blend.
Add wine and let reduce.
Add Marinara and Arugula
