GOSHEN — A man was shot in Goshen early Sunday morning.
LifeStar helicopter responded to Bartholomew Hill Road around 2:30 a.m. to take the victim, Alfredo Castillo, 27, of Torrington, to Hartford Hospital.
Castillo’s injuries were non-life threatening.
A 17-year-old was taken into custody and brought to the Bridgeport Juvenile Detention Center where he was held pending his court date on Monday.
He is charged with first-degree assault, criminal possession of a firearm, tampering with evidence, and interfering with police.
This investigation is concluded and there are no further arrests anticipated, according to police.
