HARTFORD - Bella needs someone special to take her in.
When she was two-months-old, the vets made a decision to remove her eyes. Bella needs a home where she can learn her surroundings and stay safe inside.
She can use her other senses, like smell, hearing and touch to navigate. She might do well with other pets in the house, where Bella can pair up and find her way.
She'll do best in a home with older kids.
