MILFORD–On May 7 police received a report that a man had used a cell phone to videotape a student inside a locker room at the YMCA.
Joseph Marino, 71, of Shelton, was arrested by Milford Police on August 19 and charged with voyeurism and risk of injury.
He was released on a promise to appear in court on September 15.
