NEWINGTON - If this week's heat wave is getting to you, how about heading to the Newington Ice Arena Friday night to cool off while watching some hot hockey action at the annual Pete Asadourian Pro Camp Scrimmage featuring top players including Nick Bonino, Ron Hainsey, Jordan Samuels-Thomas and Kris Newbury? Admission is just $5, with proceeds benefiting the New England Sled Hockey team. Doors open at5 p.m. and the puck drops at 6 p.m.
