NORWALK – Police have identified a man who was found dead beneath an I-95 overpass Friday
Isaul Euceda-Alcantrara, 24, of Woodward Avenue in Norwalk, was a Honduran national who had been living in the city with relatives for a number of years.
Euceda-Alcantrara was found Friday afternoon beneath the I-95 overpass on West Avenue.
Investigators are attempting to create a timeline of events in the 24 hours before he died.
Motorists who were traveling on I-95 South near Exit 15 around 3:23 pm Friday and may have seen a man walking on the highway are asked to call Norwalk police at 203-854-3182.
An autopsy was performed Saturday, but a final determination of the manner and cause of death are pending the completion of additional tests, according to police.
