TOLLAND – According to Connecticut State Police, Route 195 is closed near Cider Mill Road after a tractor-trailer truck jack-knifed and hit a telephone pole, knocking down wires.
Nobody was injured but the he road was closed for safety purposes as the truck and wires are cleared.
