I was injured in a motorcycle accident when a car took a left and didn't see me.
Their insurance company is saying that because I was wearing ear buds that my reaction time was slow.
This is a ridiculous claim because there was no way on this occasion I could have ever avoided the car.
Is there any merit to their argument?
