MILFORD--Police are investigating two suspicious incidents on the east side of Milford involving minors.

Police say that in the first incident, which occurred on Beach Avenue, a man in a car made an inappropriate gesture to a group of teenage girls.

The second incident, which occurred on Baxter Lane, involved a man in a car who motioned for a child to come towards his car.

Both witnesses reported that the man was white with darker hair and possible facial hair. Both witnesses also described the car as a light blue four-door car.

Police are asking parents to speak to their children about immediately reporting anything suspicious to parents or police.
