HARTFORD  - They are two of the most anticipated mayoral election in recent memories. In Bridgeport, incumbent Bill Finch is fending off the challenge of disgraced former Mayor Joe Ganim and businesswoman Mary Jane Foster. Meanwhile, in the capital city, Incumbent Mayor Pedro Segarra lost the endorsement of the Democratic party to upstart Luke Bronin, who was raised in Greenwich.

In both Bridgeport and Hartford, the candidates are engaged in a street-by-street fight for votes.
