WASHINGTON, DC — Chewbeads has recalled their pacifier clips due to a choking hazard.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the D-ring on the pacifier clip can break, causing the beads to detach – which is a choking hazard.

The company has received seven reports of beads detaching, but no injuries.

About 45,000 of these clips were sold in the U.S at small boutique stores.

If you have one, you can contact the company for a free replacement pacifier clip or a refund.
