Winning $310.5M Powerball ticket sold in Michigan; Connecticut player wins $1 million

THREE RIVERS, Mich. — There’s a winning ticket in last night’s $310.5 million Powerball drawing.

Lottery officials say the ticket was purchased in Michigan at a gas station in Three Rivers.

According to the CTLottery website, one ticket buyer in Connecticut is $1,000,000 richer. One ticket with five matching numbers was sold in the state.

No word yet on who bought it.

Lottery officials say it’s the second-largest Powerball prize this year.
