NEW HAVEN — A tractor-trailer that became wedged under a railroad bridge Wednesday morning has been removed.
Officials said James Street had to be closed near Lombard Street after a tractor-trailer was stuck under the railroad overpass. The street has reopened.
Amtrak and other trains use the bridge.
