EAST HARTFORD — A two-year-old child is in serious condition after they were struck by a car on Sunday.
The accident happened in the area of 125 Sawka Drive shortly before 9 a.m. The child was transported to Hartford Hospital.
The driver is cooperating with police and the accident is under investigation.
