HARTFORD - The largest Veteran's Day Parade in New England took place Sunday in downtown Hartford.
Parade officials expected close to 3,000 marchers from all over the state to march.
At 11:30 a.m. there was a wreath-laying ceremony at Sailors Memorial Arch.
There was also be a military flyover after the moment of silence at 1:30 p.m., the first military flyover since 2008.
The parade kicked off at 12:30 p.m. near the State Capitol at Buckingham Street and Washington Street.
