WARREN — One person was killed when his car went off the road Thursday afternoon.
Police said John Woznicki, 65, of Warren, died when his car hit a guard rail and a pole and then went down an embankment around 5 p.m. Thursday.
Woznicki was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police said the crash happened on Route 45 between Cemetery Road and Sackett Hill Road and closed the road for hours.
