BRISTOL – Police said a complaint was filed Saturday regarding a driver offering kids candy from an unmarked and windowless white van.
However, they later said the driver related to the Overlook Avenue complaint has been located. He lives in the neighborhood and has children of his own, they said.
The investigation did not find any criminal past for the driver and the encounter appears innocent, according to police,
No criminal element or motive was found, so no arrest will be made, police said.
