MANCHESTER- The annual Thanksgiving Day Manchester Road Race is Thursday and crews are prepping for the event.

It's expected that 15,000 runners will take to the streets for the 4.748-mile race on Main Street in Manchester, while an additional 35,000 spectators are expected to watch!

This year, Olympian Diane Nukuri will return in an attempt to defend the women's championship title that she won last year with a time of 24:38.

Nukuri, 30, lives in Arizona and is a three-time member of the Burundi Olympic team. She placed eighth in the Chicago Marathon last month with a time of 2:29:13.

On the men's side, last year's champion, Ben True, will not compete, so the title is up for grabs!

If you want to watch the race, the start/finish line is in front of St. James Church, and the event kicks off at 10 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day.
