HARTFORD — Hartford Police are warning people about fake concert tickets after a recent arrest.
Chad Aceto, 22, of Hartford is accused of selling fake Justin Bieber tickets. Police say he was found to be in possession of 4 fraudulent tickets.
Detectives said they recovered several more fraudulent tickets for upcoming shows at the XL Center and Mohegan Sun Casino from his apartment. Police said they found a gun, 2 tasers, paper trimmers, glue sticks, and various other ticket making items in Aceto’s home.
Police said it’s risky to buy tickets off Craigslist, but you can always use the police department as a transaction point.
Aceto faces several charges.
