My family comes down from New Hampshire for the holidays every year and they were involved in a accident last year while visiting and their car was damaged to the point where they had to get a rental and have it towed back there after it was fixed. There insurance claims it wasn't there responsibility to pay for the tow because the accident wasn't their fault.
