EAST HAVEN — A woman was injured after a hit and run accident Tuesday morning.
Police said the woman was struck by a vehicle around 3 a.m. on High Street. The driver fled the scene in a red 2004 Dodge Durango.
According to police, the woman had minor injuries and was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital.
Police said they had located the driver in East Haven and an arrest was pending.
