NORTH HAVEN – North Haven police arrested a 55-year-old man after a woman reported seeing him masturbate in public.
She said on Friday at 5:30 she was walking in front of a vehicle parked on Washington Avenue with her 4-year-old child, when she saw the man laying back in the driver’s seat of his vehicle with his genitals exposed.
Officers arrested Ralph Capasso, 55, and charged him with breach of peace and public indecency.
He is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court Jan. 21.
