NEW BRITAIN – A Hartford man was charged Wednesday with impersonating an officer and second-degree threatening, after turning himself in.
Radames Carabello, 41, of Hartford is accused of threatening an employee at Sav-A-Lot on East Main Street while wearing a badge, holster with a gun, and handcuffs on New Year’s Day.
He told the employee he was a police officer and that he could handcuff and kill her.
