WINDSOR LOCKS — Airlines serving Bradley International airport announced plans to allow passengers to change their reservations without fees due to the weekend snow storm.

Travelers are advised to contact the airline directly to confirm changes.

  • AIR CANADA
  • AMERICAN AIRLINES
    • Customers ticketed on American Airlines or American Eagle flights between Jan. 21 and Jan. 24 to, from, or through the cities listed below may change flights without penalty, have the ticket-reissue charge waived for one ticket change, and begin travel as early as Jan. 20 or as late as Jan. 27 under this travel waiver.

      • Raleigh/Durham, NC (RDU)
      • Richmond, VA-(RIC)
      • Washington, DC/Dulles (IAD)
      • Washington-National, DC (DCA)
    • Affected customers may rebook their flights for travel through Friday, January 29, 2016 prior to the departure time of their original flight. Customers with cancelled flights may opt for a refund.
    • Original travel must have been booked on or before Wednesday, January 20, 2016. To rebook travel or request a refund online, click here. If you are already checked in,  call Jet Blue for assistance with rebooking or a refund. Customers should check the current status of their flight before heading to the airport.

    • Customers holding reservations for travel to/from/through Hartford beginning Friday, January 22, thru Sunday, January 24, wanting to alter their travel plans may rebook in the original class of service or travel standby (within 14 days of their original date of travel between the original city-pairs in accordance with the airlines accommodation procedures).
