College officials said Anique Ashraf, a third-year student from Lahore, Pakistan was pronounced dead at a hospital. Ashraf was a member of the class of 2017.

The suspect car, a Chrysler 200, was found in Waterford later that morning. Police said at the time they knew who was driving the car and that he was being cooperative, but they told FOX 61 they didn’t expect to make any arrests that day.

A lot of focus has been put on how dangerous that that section of Route 32 is.
