HEBRON — The Connecticut woman accused of making threats to blow up and shoot up a daycare is expected back in court Tuesday.

Kristy Ellison of Hebron was charged with second degree threatening and second degree breach of peace when police said she got upset about an administrative issue she had with her child’s daycare center.

Ellison, 36, turned herself into police when this happened back in December. Tuesday, she’ll be back in front of a judge today and is awaiting plea.

The argument happened with the administrators at the Discovery Zone Learning Center in Hebron and according to police the argument got heated when Ellison said she was going to “blow up and shoot up the daycare facility.”

Her husband told FOX 61 shortly after the incident that he stands by his wife and said the comments were made in casual conversation and taken way out of context.  He said the day care had lost their two year old son for 20 minutes and his wife got emotional and the threats weren’t made in a serious tone or manner.
