The document was filed Friday in a New York City court. Bowie’s estate was worth about $100 million. The 69-year-old died of cancer Jan. 10.

Bowie wanted his property and money divided among his wife Iman, his two children, a longtime personal assistant and a nanny. The will names two executors and was prepared in 2004 under the star’s legal name, David Robert Jones.

Bowie asked that his ashes be scattered “in accordance with the Buddhist rituals of Bali,” but said if he couldn’t be cremated there he wanted his ashes scattered there regardless.

According to the death certificate, filed with the court documents, he was cremated Jan. 12 in New Jersey.
