HARTFORD - The Connecticut Education Association, the state's largest teachers union, is calling for student test scores to be eliminated as a factor in teacher evaluations.The CEA is also calling for elimination, or replacement, of the "Smarter Balanced Assessment" test. CEA Executive Director Mark Waxenberg explains.
