In Willimantic, Nathan Spalding and friends built an igloo since the power was out and there wasn’t much else to do.
“We lost power, so nothing to do in the house, so I can’t work, none of us are in school, so nothing to do but sit in the house or be outside so might as well be outside,” Nathan told FOX 61.
