HARTFORD - Dr. William Begg from Newtown believes gun violence should be viewed as a public health crisis. He was the ER doctor on duty when the Sandy Hook tragedy occurred and  Begg tells Jenn Bernstein how that day changed him, and fueled his drive to push gun violence awareness.
