HARTFORD — Police arrested a man who they said offered to sell cats and dogs and then took the money from customers without delivering the animals.
Quincy Wilson, 21, of Hartford, was arrested on larceny charges Monday night after a two month investigation.
Police said Wilson would advertise the pets but run away after accepting the money. Police said several transactions for counterfeit concert tickets were also reported in the same area as well.
Police said Wilson would be in court on Tuesday.
The investigation is continuing and further charges may be announced according to police.
