VERNON — Police are investigating the burglary of an American Legion post where an automatic teller machine was taken.
The building at 114 West Street, Vernon, was broken into some time late Monday or early Tuesday. The suspects forced entry and stole cash and the free standing ATM.
The American Legion serves veterans and their families.
Police are asking anyone with information to call the at 860-872-9126 ext. 216.
