HARTFORD -- "Spring into Fashion" is an annual event to help CCARC and it's mission to assist people with disabilities.
Anne L. Ruwet, from CCARC, and Melissa Gagne, a parent of a child who uses CCARC services, joined FOX 61 Good Day Connecticut to talk about the event on April 8. Maggie Slysz will be hosting the evening.
