The deep freeze we’re expecting on Sunday–complete with snow for the first day of spring–will be echoed on television sets nationwide.

FOX 61 will air an all-new animated special, “Ice Age: The Great Egg-Scapade,” in honor of Easter. The half-hour special airs Sunday, March 20 at 7:30 p.m.

The special depicts the world’s first Easter egg hunt, which all started because a prehistoric bird named Ethel entrusted her soon-to-be-born child to Sid (John Leguizamo). Ethel told her friends about the great services Sid provides, and thus an egg-sitting business was hatched. Unfortunately, that’s not the end: an evil pirate bunny hides the eggs, and the hunt is on.

It will feature guest voice appearances from stars such as “Empire” star Taraji P. Henson; comedian Seth Green; talk show host Wendy Williams; comedian Gabriel Iglesias; model Lili Estefan; and comedian Blake Anderson. They will join the original herd, which includes Ray Romano, John Leguizamo, Denis Leary, Seann William Scott, Josh Peck, Keke Palmer and Queen Latifah.

During the special an exclusive sneak peak for “Ice Age: Collision Course,” the fifth movie in the series which is due in theaters July 22, will air, so don’t miss out!
