NORWALK — Ever since NFL quarterback Peyton Manning announced his retirement after 18 years as an football superstar, rumors have been circulating about what’s next for the Super Bowl champion.

You may have heard the rumor that he and his family were looking at houses in West Hartford and he plans to work for ESPN in Bristol, Conn. That rumor is not confirmed.

Now, the Maritime Aquarium in Norwalk says they know what’s next for Manning. The only problem is they posted their update on April 1, or April Fools’ Day.

“The Rumor is True,” their site reads. “Peyton Manning is moving to Connecticut and our seals are his new receivers!”

Not very likely, but you have to admit, it would be pretty cool to see him at the seals’ daily feedings.
